This package of 04 days and 05 nights is the ideal approach to experience Sunderban's natural splendor. Additionally, this thorough tour enables wildlife enthusiasts to have a thorough experience of the wilderness and to take home a treasure trove of enjoyable nature and wildlife tours.
Sundarban tour itinerary
Depending on your preference, we will pick you up from your hotel, rail station, or airport in Kolkata in the morning and take you directly to Gathkhali jetty, which is around 125 kilometres away. We will go through scenic landscapes, rural bazaars, local tea shops, and fishing villages along the way. We will transport you and your belongings to our motorized boat once you arrive at Gathkhali. After providing you with tea, coffee, or a welcome drink, our local guide and naturalist will give you a briefing on the rest of the day's activities.
Then, you'll embark on a breathtaking two-hour journey through the rivers Hogol, Gomor, Durgaduani, and Gumdi. Alternatively, you can stop at Gosaba, one of the Sunderbans' earliest human settlements. Enjoy a delicious lunch before a 3-hour birding and game cruise through canals and creeks to the Sudhanyakhali watch tower. Return to your Jungle resort in the evening for dinner and to spend the night.
If the weather is good, we will depart after morning tea and breakfast for a full-day game cruise and birding expedition to the Netidhopani watch tower. On board, you'll receive lunch service. Return to your rainforest resort in the evening for dinner and to spend the night.
We will depart today for a full-day birding and game cruise to Burir Dabri Watch tower after morning tea and breakfast. Return to the rainforest lodge later for dinner and to spend the night.
After breakfast, we will travel to Jharkhali's forest and canals to see the waterfalls in winter. Return to the resort by sundown later. Experience the traditional rural theatre (Bonobibi Yatra) in the resort in the evening. Enjoy your meal, then spend the night at the Jungle Resort.
We will depart for a guided village walk after having hot tea in the morning and eating breakfast. Participants are encouraged to engage closely with the local locals to learn about their way of life. After that, we will go on a guided adventure cruise in a manually-oared country boat before making a quick trip to the DoBanki watch tower to take advantage of a brief canopy walk. Return to your forest retreat for lunch in the afternoon, and then go to Gathkhali. Our representative will drive you back to Kolkata after you reach Gathkhali.
