Payment Policy

We appreciate your interest, thank you for choosing us, this is our pleasure to serve you, Our Payment Procedure is 100% safe and guarantee. Kindly carry all the relevant Document Payment Receipts / Trip Confirmation Voucher at the time of arrival and show these to ‘Dreamzz Yatra’ Team, for smooth and joyful trip. You are requested to send the photo or screenshot of your payment slip, payment receipt,Bank slip, Cheque details after sending the payment, without details we will not confirm the payment.

Booking Policy

Only for Land Package - You may can pay full package amount or you can opt for our installment procedure.

Instalment

Stage 1 - 25% at the time of booking

Stage 2 - 25% after the confirmation voucher(CV) is issued

Stage 3 - 50% of remaining amount is to be paid before 2 days of arrival or on the arrival to the destination.

Package with flight

For Flight Booking Need 50% at the time of Booking & 50% After PNR is issued. Dreamzz Yatra also holds the authority to decide the amount of advance payment, depending on the nature of the extended services. During peak season, we may require full amount to be paid in advance to hold space on a 'confirmed basis'. This is also to be noted that amount that you pay us during the peak season are 'non-refundable'.

Note:

  • Confirmation Voucher is generally issued in 48hrs
  • In case, of the failure of payment or part of payment before due date all the booking (hotel, flight, cab, etc) will be cancelled and no refund will be processed.
  • Tour will only be commencing after 100% payment is done. For more details contact the concerned person.

Cancellation Policy

  • Percentage of Cancellation Prior to 35Days or more: 05% of the package cost
  • Between 20 -34 days departure: 50% of tour cost
  • Between 19 - 11 days of departure: 75% of tour cost
  • 10 days to date of departure: 100%

Rescheduling / Cancellation in case of covid -19 lockdown

  • Traveller can avail a credit shell for the amount paid against their bookings and utilise it for future booking or rescheduling their trip
  • If the traveller wants to cancel his trip , then the amount will be refunded only after we are able to utilise the amount paid to the hotels and ferries . These may take up to 90 days depending on the operation of tourism in that sector .
Please Note

However, if your bookings are for the stay between 15 December to15 January, no refund will be made for the cancellations. Dreamzz Yatra charges a separate service fee of Rs 1500 for all the cancellations. Peak Season Cancellation Policy Between 15dec to 15Jan: Non refundable
